Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in original condition.

How to Return

Email support@rahada.com with your order number and reason. We'll respond within 24 hours with instructions.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Damaged or Wrong Items

Contact us within 48 hours with photos. We'll send a replacement or full refund at no cost.

Non-Returnable Items

Personalized items, gift cards, and items damaged by misuse cannot be returned.

Cancellations
